CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed visits leave a gap in the clinician’s day that could have been filled by another client in need of support. To help us serve everyone better, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full session fee (which we truly don’t like doing and hope to avoid!).

We understand life gets busy—that’s why you can opt in for email/text reminders 2-3 days before your appointment. We also offer virtual sessions if that’s more convenient for your schedule. Thank you for your understanding and feel free to chat with your counsellor if you have any questions.
ONLINE BOOKING: All new accounts require a credit card in order to book a full session (50 minutes or more). Any Psychologist appointments that do not have a credit card on file at least 24 hours before the appointment may be cancelled by the clinic.
