This service includes:
1) A comprehensive 20-30-min assessment of health history taking, physical examination, such as taking your pulse & examining your tongue, & an explanation of TCM. ***If this is your first time seeing us for acupuncture, you will receive an online intake form. Please take the time to fill it in well ahead of your appointment! We want to be able to spend as much time as possible treating you.
2) A 20-min acupuncture treatment or longer.
3) Eastern bodywork (cupping, gua sha, & tui na massage) may be performed concurrently with acupuncture.
4) Personalized guidelines about TCM nutrition, & TCM health & wellness.
5) A TCM-based diagnosis & an individualized treatment plan.
