Your Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will perform a focused upper body treatment to calm the sympathetic nervous system and release built-up tension in the shoulders, neck, scalp, face, and jaw. Using a combination of Swedish Massage techniques, Cold Rollers, Gua Sha Stones, and The Cure Skincare products well known for their glowing reviews, your RMT will engage the lymphatic and fascial systems to improve circulation, ease muscular tension, and gently guide your body into the relaxation response—beneficial for both physical and mental well-being.
Adding Gua Sha stones to this experience gives the extra benefit of boosting circulation, minimizing fine lines and wrinkles through relieving tension in the face, and reducing puffiness and under eye circles for smoother, brighter skin.
