Each session begins with a brief check in to review any changes in symptoms such as stress, sleep, digestion, pain, and overall wellbeing. Your treatment is then refined based on your current needs and progress.
Every acupuncture session is personalized, supporting ongoing balance, symptom relief, and your long-term health goals.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
