Identify as an empath, highly sensitive person, or increased anxiety around people, this full day workshop is going to help you understand and navigate your own emotions as well as the emotions of others. With hands on activities and practices, you're going to leave with a toolkit full of what you can do to navigate the world successfully as someone who is aware of everything and everyone around them. Wear something comfortable and warm, bring your lunch and notebook for notes. Tea, water, small treats will be provided. The workshop will be held in the front foyer of Luna. This is recommended for 16+
