In this session Katie supports your body physically (feeling into fascia, misalignments) and intuitively to support you with concerns; emotional concerns (anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD + birth trauma) acute physical concerns (whiplash, injury, range of motion + other misalignments in the body), and chronic concerns (immune, fatigue, digestion, sleep, TMJ, migraines + cysts). We can also work on a more intuitive level to address organs, chakra, meridian healing, conscious or subconscious emotional or physical trauma. These sessions are suitable for pregnant women, postnatal, and couples with fertility concerns.
The first session there are often shifts, but this is also an assessment of the overall system. I do recommend a few sessions every few weeks to help integrate, particularly if we are working with longer-standing or chronic concerns.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
