First Craniosacral for Infants (under 6 months)

This first session includes an intake with the parents to understand the pregnancy & birth experience. I do recommend the mom also booking a session, as your systems are deeply intertwined.
I offer home visits for infants as I appreciate how hard it can be to get out sometimes.
This session is ideal to support your little one with sleep, latching, colic, and digestion concerns. We can also address physical or emotional concerns that may have arisen from the birth experience for both of you - birth is a huge transformation for all little ones, regardless of the type of birth. While babies and children are very receptive typically, I do recommend at least 3 sessions every 2 weeks to help integrate. The first session there are often shifts, but this is also an assessment of the overall system. I also recommend at least 1 session with mom, as babe is closely co-regulating with you, and you too have been through a big shift!
