Val Lange (RCC) is a somatic and arts-based therapist. She offers a grounded, embodied container to support you to slow down, turn inwards, and tend to what is alive and present with mindfulness, curiosity and compassion. Sessions are a woven tapestry of somatic embodied awareness, mindfulness tools, parts work, internal family systems, family constellations and expressive arts therapy.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
