Clinic Update: Upcoming Maternity Leave
I will be beginning my maternity leave in September. My September schedule will be limited, and I will be adding appointments throughout the month as I know more about my availability.
I’m excited to share that I have arranged for a locum, Caitlin Hodge, RMT, to join the clinic. Caitlin will be providing massage therapy while I’m on maternity leave, ensuring you can continue your care with a trusted practitioner. Details on how to book with Caitlin will be coming soon!
No Show and Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice (“no shows”), will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. This policy allows me to offer appointment times to clients on my wait list and maintain a sustainable practice. Thank you for your understanding.
