This visit will be our opportunity to gather a detailed history regarding your health concerns and learn about you as an individual. It will include sharing your medical history, injury history, addressing your physical concerns and assessing your functional movements which can be contributing to your concerns. We will listen to your desired goals and formulate a treatment plan tailored specific to your needs and goals.
