CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do not accept cancellation notifications by text message.

Missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 48 hours notice prior to the appointment time are subject to 50% of the appointment fee for the first missed or late-cancelled appointment, and subject to the full 100% fee for subsequent missed appointments or late cancellations. Please note: you are not able to claim fees for missed appointment under your extended health benefits. If you book an appointment within 48 hours of the appointment start time (essentially within our late cancellation period) this cancellation policy still stands, and you will be liable for any cancellation fees should you wish to change or cancel that appointment.
