It is intended for focused continuation of care for a previously assessed condition and is not suitable for new symptoms, reassessments, or treatment of multiple areas.

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
