A 60-75 minute initial pelvic health assessment or birth preparation physiotherapy appointment for NEW patients only. If you have pelvic health symptoms, It is recommended that you schedule two 45-minute biweekly follow-up appointments at the time of booking to avoid scheduling difficulties. Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
