This initial assessment for participants interested in enrolling in our physiotherapist-led group physiotherapy classes. This assessment is essential for evaluating your individual needs, establishing personalized goals, and determining the suitability of the class based on our clinical findings. Please note, this is an assessment only and does not include any treatment. Additionally, registration in a group physiotherapy class is required to book this assessment. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
