Have you got a burning question about intimacy, sex, relationships, desire, or sensual self-
discovery—but not quite ready for a full session.
What it’s about:
You send one thoughtful, meaningful question by email, and I’ll reply with a personalized,
compassionate, and practical response within 3 business days. This is a gentle entry point for
those who are curious, nervous about in-person support, or just need guidance on one thing
that’s been weighing on their heart or mind.
Examples of past questions:
“Why don’t I want sex anymore?”
“How do I talk to my partner about what I really want?”
“Is it normal to feel numb or avoidant about sex?”
“Where do I even begin exploring kink, self-pleasure, or fantasy?”
“How do I heal my relationship with my body after trauma or shame?”
How it works:
1. Book the service and submit your question through the intake form. Please be sure to
include key points about yourself for context: age, sex, gender identity (if different than
assigned at birth) and any pertinent information relating to your question.
2. Receive a thoughtful, supportive, personalized email reply within 3 business days. Your
response may include educational resources, helpful videos, book recommendations or
other forms of support as the case may be.
Booking notes: One question per booking. Follow-up questions may require a new
booking or a full session, depending on depth.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
