Appointments for minors require the presence of a parent or guardian for the duration of the appointment. Health history forms must be completed on behalf of the minor by their parent/guardian.
Please note: We no longer offer Direct Billing for Registered Massage Therapy or Contemporary Medical Acupuncture. This is due to the delay in claim payment to the clinic by the insurance companies. Clients are required to pay for their treatment in the clinic, and submit their claim to their insurance company directly. This does not impact your claim eligibility.
