This is an 80 minute appointment; you will get a 50 minute consultation including a standard acupuncture treatment. Additionally you will get 30 minutes of cupping, guasha or more detailed diet and lifestyle advice. Please consult before booking as often times we can fit everything we need into a 50 minute appointment.

Most of the session is the treatment itself — needles placed at selected points and left in place for a stretch, sometimes with heat or electrical stimulation — with a shorter check-in on what changed after last time and any small adjustments before you leave with the next step in the plan.
