Complimentary phone consult must be booked prior to iron infusion. Bloodwork that is recent within the past 3 months is required for iron infusion. Venofer (iron) dosage varies from 100-300mg max, depending on your needs. Venofer (iron) drug cost is separate from administration cost. Administration cost is $205, regardless of dosage.
