EDS Diagnostic Appointment

This is your second appointment in the EDS & Hypermobility Pathway, conducted by our Nurse Practitioner to review your Part 1 findings and provide a formal diagnostic assessment. This is a VIRTUAL appointment. Your visit includes a review of your previous assessment results, an in-depth clinical evaluation, and application of the 2017 International Classification Criteria for hEDS and hypermobility spectrum disorders. You will leave with a formal diagnostic impression, a management plan, and specialist referrals where indicated. Part 1 and Part 2 are billed separately.
