LENS Intake Appointment
This appointment is designed to introduce you to LENS neurofeedback therapy. During this 60-minute session, we’ll gather your medical history, discuss your health concerns, and determine the best approach to neurofeedback for your needs. This session provides the foundation for your treatment plan.
It is recommended to do a minimum of 3 LENS appointments.

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
