If you're new to the clinic, you will need to book at least 75 mins to allow me to do a thorough intake and assessment so I can target the source of the problem. Intake/assessment will be followed by the massage therapy treatment.
Deep tissue or therapeutic massage (to your level of comfort) with trigger point release and some myofascial release & acupressure. Each treatment is customized to your wants & needs.
