Orthotic Evaluation and Consultation will include taking a detailed clinical history and evaluation including taking a Gait Scan.
Should an orthotic be ordered the charge for this appointment shall be credited to the cost of the custom order.
One pair orthotics $485, two pair $650.
As it is a custom order all fees are due with ordering.
Custom orders are not subject to refund/ return.
Second Modification subject to $100 fee.
