Booking Instructions
New and Returning Patients: If you are a new patient, please book an Initial Assessment. If you are a returning patient, have not been to the clinic in 4 months or longer, or have a new area of injury please book an Initial Assessment so your therapist has adequate time to evaluate you. Please book a follow-up appointment 5 - 7 days after your initial appointment so your therapist has the adequate time to assess, treat, and follow up with you.
ICBC and WSBC Patients: Please ensure you are booking an ICBC or WSBC appointment.
Please note that we direct bill to most extended health insurance providers.

Appointment Cancellation Notice - 24 Hours’ in Advance
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No shows or cancellations made without 24 hour notice may result in a cancellation fee (fee varies depending on service booked). If you are unable to provide 24 hours due to illness or emergencies, please alert reception as soon as possible.
