Are you ready to reconnect with yourself? Through the combination of massage therapy and breathwork, allow me to hold space for you throughout a physical, emotional, and mental journey. Your session will begin with a knowledge-based discussion to outline the fundamentals of breathwork. This will help establish a shared understanding of what breathwork is and what you can expect from your session. We will then focus on calming your nervous system and preparing your body for your breathwork journey through a relaxational massage. The final transition will be into the breathwork. The benefits of breathwork can range from releasing stress and anxiety, removing negative energies and thoughts, resetting the vibrations of your nervous system, empowering clarity, removing mental blocks, and evoking feelings of pure joy. All you have to do is show up with an open heart and an open mind.
