A gentle, subtle treatment designed for the nervous system and deeper patterns that have not responded to more active approaches. This session is performed fully clothed and works with slow, conscious unwinding through the body. Using light touch and stillness, we support the nervous system in settling and allow deeply held tension patterns to release. This work is informed by training in craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, including somatoemotional release, along with biodynamic approaches, visceral work, and manual lymphatic techniques, all grounded in refined listening and somatic unwinding skills. At times, gentle dialogue or guided awareness may be incorporated to support the release of long-held tension patterns, allowing the body to process and reorganize more fully. This approach is often helpful for chronic or long-standing concerns, hypersensitive clients, or when the body is not responding to more direct treatment methods. Clients often experience a sense of deep calm, internal spaciousness, and subtle but meaningful shifts that continue to unfold after the session. Please note this session is quite different from traditional massage and uses very light touch.
