For group bookings, a $50 deposit per person is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit. Because we reserve this time exclusively for your group, the deposit is non-refundable.

Important No Show Policy Update

Due to an increase in missed appointments, with over 100 no-shows each month, we are updating our cancellation policy effective July 1/ 2026. This helps us better respect our practitioners’ time and offer available appointments to other clients.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-shows, same-day cancellations, or same-day rescheduling: 50% of the booked service fee.

Insurance & Direct Billing

Insurance coverage varies by provider and individual plan, so direct billing cannot be guaranteed. Some plans may require you to submit your claim yourself.

If you have two insurance plans, we might able to submit a claim to your primary insurance provider. Claims for secondary insurance must be submitted by the client.

As many plans have limits on the amount covered per visit, we recommend confirming your benefits with your insurer in advance.
