Graston fascial technique mobilizes soft tissue with the use of instruments. These instruments are soft edge blades designed to scrape the fascia under the skin. This can result in bruising and rashes that will heal up in a few days. This is a painful technique that is monitored closely. The patient can install alter or change treatment time. This treatment is contraindicated for patients on muscle relaxers or blood thinners etc
