Une évaluation sera complétée afin de trouver la source de votre incomfort ce qui m'aidera à créer un plan de traitement personalisé pour vos besoins. *SVP, vous présentez 5 minutes avant votre heure de rendez-vous pour remplir des formulaires. / Initial massage therapy treatment. During your first visit, we will discuss the reason that brought you into the clinic and what you would like to focus on during the treatment. An evaluation will also be completed to try and find the source of your discomfort which will help me establish a personalized treatment plan for your needs. *Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out some forms.
