120 min*2 HOUR WORKSHOP* For you and your birth partner! Evidence based group birth preparation workshop led by a pelvic floor physiotherapist focused on helping you prepare your body for birth and the postpartum period including how to optimize your pelvic floor, prepare for pushing, how to push, positions, common postpartum concerns, pain management and how to reduce risks. Information for re-connecting to your core, pelvic floor and body postpartum as well as movements and exercises for early postpartum rehab. Partners receive hands-on guidance in comfort techniques and learn practical ways to provide support during labor. *Upon booking, payment will be processed on the credit card on file within 48 hours. Please note that refunds are not available, but you may transfer your booking to a friend if you cannot attend. *If you’re planning to submit your receipt to your private physiotherapy benefits, we recommend checking with your provider to see if group physiotherapy services are covered. Coverage varies between plans so we encourage you to check with your insurance provider ahead of time to confirm eligibility.
