This is a 15 minute appointment to cast your feet for custom orthotics. We are unable to direct bill for Custom orthotics but will give you everything you need for your insurance company.
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend calling your insurance company BEFORE booking. They may require a Medical Doctors note to cover these Orthotics.
