Great for a focused session (like a single topic of discussion, an oracle card reading, or a specific area of concern you'd like addressed).
Can be done at the clinic, or via Zoom, or out in Nature (if Dove's schedule allows) ~ Please email dove@meadowdove.ca with your preferred location, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
