This 60 minute follow-up session with our 2nd year student therapist focuses primarily on hands-on treatment. While less assessment time is needed than at your initial visit, we will still allow time for a brief check-in, reassessment, and post-treatment home care recommendations.
Treatment is provided in a supervised clinical setting and tailored to your ongoing goals.

Most of the hour is spent on the table in hands-on work — pressure, gliding strokes and focused work through specific muscles and connective tissue — with a brief check-in on what changed since last time and a sense of what to keep an eye on between visits.
