You will be left to rest in the space to absorb your massage, listen to music and take a few more deep breaths.
Once your timer is finished you can quietly, and gently get up.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
