During this initial assesment we will perform various tests to evaluate mobility, limitations and pain prior to treatment.
Following our treatment we will re-assess to track and observe our improvements.
Treatment is all hands on focusing on muscle energy techniques, mobilizations, fascia release, scraping and cupping.
