This is to book your spinal flow treatment! Spinal flow treatments are done in the group room and do not have a specific length but allow between min 15mins and maximum 45 mins for treatment. Treatments start at separate times, and there are no group activates or involvement required. I will follow up with you after each treatment through a questionnaire, and will reassess when required. I'm so excited to see your healing potential!

Most of the appointment is spent checking how your joints and muscles are moving — talking through what you’re noticing, testing movement, posture and tenderness — then doing hands-on joint work or soft-tissue treatment and sending you out with a clear next-step plan.
