Heather is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over two decades of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She takes a strength-based, collaborative approach, integrating modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, person-centered, and solution-focused therapy.
Heather supports concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and perfectionism. She has a special interest in supporting women through post-partum experiences, fertility journeys, perimenopause and menopause, as well as other major life transitions.
