## Children & Youth Counselling **60-Minute Session (Ages 6–16)** This 60-minute counselling session is designed to support children and youth as they navigate life's challenges in a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment. Young people may experience anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, grief, loss, family changes, relationship difficulties, or other emotional struggles that can impact their well-being. Using age-appropriate, trauma-informed approaches, I help children and teens explore their feelings, build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and develop healthy coping skills. Together, we work toward greater emotional awareness, confidence, and positive growth. My goal is to provide a supportive space where every child feels heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Our registered ACCT therapist focuses on supporting children and youth through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. They offer compassionate therapy for navigating significant life transitions, such as grief, loss, and family changes, including divorce and blending families. With expertise in trauma, self-love, and relationship support, they help young clients build resilience and emotional well-being. Whether navigating milestones or facing mental health challenges, our therapist provides a supportive space for growth and healing.

90 minFollow-upThis is a 90 minute session. Offered to children and youth ages 6 to 16. Mary focuses on supporting children and youth through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. She offers age appropriate therapy such as play therapy, emotion therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for navigating significant life transitions, such as loss, family changes, including divorce and blending families. With expertise in trauma, self-love, and emotional regulation she helps young clients build resilience and emotional well-being. Whether navigating milestones or facing mental health challenges, she provides a supportive space for growth and healing.
