Hormone NP Assessment (Virtual)
During your hormone therapy consultation, a comprehensive health assessment is taken during which we try to understand the reasons and contributing factors for your hormone imbalances. Combined with functional blood test we can identify your needs and deliver an individualized treatment plan which includes diet and lifestyle counselling, nutriceutical prescriptions, hormone prescriptions and any other therapies that might be identified as necessary. This will ensure that you have the most safe and effective therapy bringing you to the state of optimal health.
What to expect:
Step 1: Comprehensive blood work - requisition is sent to you prior to your initial assessment, completed prior
Step 2: Initial hormone Consult with Nurse Practitioner to discuss hormone therapy options
Step 3: Prescription is sent in to pharmacy and delivered to you
Step 4: Month to month follow-ups, or as needed
Step 5: Reassessment of bloodwork and check in with NP to adjust hormone prescription as needed
