Visit Reception in Evolve and they will direct you on how to check in for your appointment.
Burnaby Parking: Free Mall Parking: Outside the old Sears (corner of Beta and Lougheed), QR-Code Registration Required to receive three hours free parking. Pay parking is in effect inside the mall garage and on the street.
Booking and Direct Billing Policy:
We require a credit Card on file. Our booking and billing platform, Jane, is highly secure and we, ourselves, cannot see your credit card information.

Please note direct billing is a courtesy service and not a guarantee that direct billing will be approved or covered by your provider. If for any reason we are unable to direct bill on your behalf, we will provide an email receipt to provide to your provider for any potential reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a fee of the full dollar value of your scheduled treatment.
