Each session will start with massage, followed by accupuncture, and finished with a soothing massage. Massage will target the muscles, relaxing the tissue making the body more receptive. Hair thin needles are applied to specific points on the body targeting clients individual needs. This stimulate the immume and hormonal system, re-establishing the body's natural flow of relieving emotional and physical blocks. Combining the therapies enhances the effectiveness of each, resulting in a more complete treatment.
