This is a follow up treatment only. For returning physiotherapy patients who have not been seen in over 3 months but less than 6 months, we ask that you schedule a minimum 45-minute follow-up appointment. If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit, a new assessment is required. This allows your therapist the time needed to re-evaluate your current condition, address any changes that may have occurred, and create an updated treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
