This is an hour long reflexology and acupuncture session by Micah and Dave. You will be reclined in a comfortable position and getting your feet worked on by Dave. At the same time, Micah will provide arm, hand, abdomen and/or facial acupuncture. This treatment is good for any pain, sinus, lymphatic, foot issues and stress as well as constitutional and internal organ balancing.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
