Cupping is great for blood flow as well as pain and injuries. Cupping is similar to massage but with a pulling action. Treatment can include: Back, neck, arms, shoulders, chest, hamstrings, IT bands, Quads, feet and hands. Not suitable for people on blood thinners or with frail skin.
