Bowen Therapy is a gentle and deeply relaxing treatment involving rolling movements done over the muscles, ligaments and nerve bundles, followed by a pause where I leave the room for a minute to allow you to relax. You are clothed in comfortable, fitted clothes to allow for more movement. Bowen Therapy relaxes the nervous system and muscles, as well as realigning the body physically, and if you are open to it, energetically as well.
