A RAPID Treatment is a short, intense method of treating an area of concern. You will be clothed, and actively assisting me in performing movements to stimulate the nervous system to allow for change.
The appointment is booked for 30 minutes, but may take more or less time dependent on how your body responds.

Most of the hour is spent on the table while the therapist works through the areas you’ve agreed to focus on — pressure, pace and techniques shifting as they go — with a brief check-in before and after so you leave knowing what was worked on.
