Nutritional Consultation Package - 6 months
This comprehensive package includes a 60 minute initial consultation where I get to know you and your history. We will discuss your goals and create a plan together to help you achieve them. You will receive personalized eating guidelines and supplement recommendations to address any deficiencies or imbalances that we have identified and will help you reach your unique goals. Plus you will receive lifestyle and exercise recommendations to support you in reaching your goals.
Also included are five follow-up one-on-one coaching phone call or in office meetings (15-30 minutes each) and unlimited email support for 6 months where I will be available to you for support, motivation, education and accountability to help you reach your goals and if necessary, adjust your plan so it works for you.
