Cancelation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
Providing advance notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting for care. We truly appreciate your understanding, respect for our time, and your support of our small clinic. Thank you!
