As you rest, Ashley channels Reiki energy to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being, releasing energetic blockages, replenishing depleted energy, and supporting nervous system regulation. Throughout the session, intuitive guidance may naturally emerge, offering meaningful validation, clarity, and support for what you are currently navigating. Oracle cards may also be incorporated when guided.
