Direct Billing
We offer direct billing for your convenience; however, coverage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any balance not covered by their insurance, which will be charged to the card on file.
To ensure that you are covered, please check your Benefit eligibility and Policy Maximum . NO ICBC and WCB.
Cancellation Policy
As a new practice, Last-minute Cancellations are hard to fill. Cancellation within 48 hours is considered late. Cancellation within 24 hours , a fee will apply: 1st time $50, 2nd time full charge.
No-show will be fully charged
