Our certified pedorthist will begin with a thorough assessment that includes:
A detailed medical history review and physical examination of your feet and lower limbs
Advanced diagnostic tools such as gait analysis, pressure mapping, and 3D foot scanning (if needed)
A personalized treatment plan, which may include custom orthotics or other supportive options
Once your custom orthotics are ready, our pedorthist will ensure they fit properly and provide maximum support and comfort. During your dispatch appointment, we will:
Fit and adjust the orthotics to your unique needs
Provide guidance on wearing, caring for, and gradually breaking them in
Assess your comfort and function with the orthotics and make adjustments as needed
Offer follow-up support to ensure long-term effectiveness
This all-inclusive $400 fee covers both the initial assessment and the final dispatch of your custom orthotics, ensuring you receive high-quality, personalized care every step of the way.

Most of this follow-up is spent checking what changed since last time and getting on with the treatment itself — hands-on foot care, skin or nail work, padding or offloading, orthotic adjustments, and gait or footwear review — so you leave knowing what was done and what to keep doing between visits.
